FAQ / QUALIFICATIONS
Showings
Showings are scheduled once your application has been approved. These are scheduled between 9AM–4PM, Monday through Friday. Please note that photos or video tours shown on our website may not be current, but will be similar to the property.
Screening Criteria
Applications are valid for 6 months. Based on income, applications may be applicable to any of our available properties. If the unit you applied for has already been rented, your application may be transferred toward another available unit.
Service Animals
Certain properties accept pets; please check each listing for details. There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee, and some properties may also require monthly pet rent. We accept ESA, therapy, and service animals with proper documentation.
Response Time
Within 24 hours, we will send you a message verifying the information on your application. Applications are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Our office will contact you once processing has been completed.
Move-In Costs
A minimum payment of 25% is required to hold the unit. Units can only be held for up to 10 days without paying rent.
